I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist specializing in Individual, Couples and Group Therapy. My private practice is in San Jose, California.

Therapeutic Approach

The most effective results are achieved when patients are motivated and participate in the therapeutic process.

I draw from multiple approaches with an emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This approach aims to clarify connections between thoughts and feelings that inform the patient on specific, constructive behavioral shifts.
